Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Armor and custom orders
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Heinzklau Leather LLC will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.

Restocking Fees
Heinzklau Leather LLC does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Heinzklau Leather LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 1 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
